Newshub Investigates the story behind the survivors of the Enchanter; telling their story of how a fishing trip of a lifetime became an unfathomable tragedy that claimed five lives.

This project was a huge collaborative effort between multiple departments to produce a documentary that not only sheds light on the incident but also sparks legal reforms in New Zealand aimed at preventing such tragedies from recurring.

I lead the design of all the in-story map graphics, photo graphics, baselines keys and credits, each element meticulously crafted to enhance the storytelling experience. Our design approach was driven by the need to strike a balance between storytelling, visual impact and the solemn nature of the documentary.
